Swadeshi Khadi Products is dedicated to ensuring every transaction on our website is smooth and seamless. We uphold the highest standards in delivering our products with care and quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, here’s our return policy:

In the rare event that your Swadeshi Khadi Products arrive damaged, defective, or are incorrect, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.

Call us at +91-9729121233 between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday).
Email us at contact@swadeshikhadiproducts.com with your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and a photo of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Your return request will be reviewed and approved by our Swadeshi Khadi Products team. Once approved, we will arrange for a convenient time to pick up the item for return.

Upon authorization, we are happy to process exchanges or refunds. You can opt for a credit refund to your Swadeshi Khadi Products account, credited after the item is received and undergoes quality checks. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method after the necessary quality inspections.

To ensure a successful return pick-up, please ensure the item is in its original condition with user manuals, warranty cards, and all original accessories in manufacturer packaging.

We aim to process all returns within one week. If your purchase included a free gift or offer and you wish to return the main item, please note that the free product must also be returned.

All returns are subject to evaluation by Swadeshi Khadi Products, but we are committed to providing a friendly and fair resolution to any issues you may encounter.

Order Cancellations

To cancel items that have not yet been shipped:

– Log in to My Account and go to Order History.
– Select the item(s) you wish to cancel and click on Cancel Items.
– Alternatively, you can reach us at +91-9729121233 between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Monday to
Saturday).

Please note: Your order will be cancelled immediately. If payment has been made, you can opt to receive a credit refund, which will be credited to your Swadeshi Khadi Products account for convenience. Alternatively, we can initiate a refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped:

Non-returnable products cannot be cancelled once shipped. For returnable items, please request cancellation or contact us at +91-9729121233 between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. The item(s) will be returned to us for a refund if payment has already been processed.

If your order has already been delivered:
