What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping for all orders within India is Free.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Typically, domestic orders arrive within 7-12 days from the shipping date.
International orders usually take about 15-20 days from the shipping date to reach their destination.
Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as customs clearance (for international orders), local postal services, and unforeseen circumstances.
If you have already placed an order, you can check your order confirmation or tracking information for more specific details about the shipping and delivery schedule. If there are any delays or issues with your order, you will be notified accordingly.

If my order shipment is delayed, what are my options?

We endeavor to deliver your products within the estimated delivery window. If your package hasn’t arrived by the anticipated date, please reach out to us at 0171-2601053 or via email at contact@swadeshikhadiproducts.com. Rest assured, we are dedicated to resolving any issues promptly.

Has my order been shipped? Is there a way for me to track its status?

For orders within India, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the courier company handling your shipment.

You can track your package status starting 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.

If we are unable to fulfill an order within 20 days for any reason, it will be automatically canceled.

Express shipping orders paid in advance typically arrive within 3 business days. For assistance, please contact us between 11 AM and 6 PM.

International orders are processed within 10-20 working days from our end.

A shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be applied to shipments below Rs. 499.

Return/Refund/Cancellation policy

Once placed, prepaid orders cannot be canceled. By placing an order, the customer agrees not to contest any decision made by Swadeshi khadi Products regarding cancellation.

Cancellation By Swadeshi Khadi Products

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Instances that may lead to order cancellation include limited availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing details, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.

Additional verification or information may be required before an order can be accepted.

You will be contacted if any part of your order is cancelled or if further information is needed for acceptance.

In cases where an order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your Card Account.

Customers agree not to dispute decisions made by Swadeshi Khadi Products and accept Swadeshi Khadi Products’ determinations regarding cancellations.

Courier

Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days. This timeframe excludes payment verification and administrative processes.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery includes tracking and is fully insured.

The package must be signed for by the customer or any resident at the delivery address.

If no one is available to receive the package at the first attempt, up to two more delivery attempts will be made. The courier company will contact you to arrange a suitable redelivery time.

Upon shipping, you will receive a detailed notification with the courier company’s name and tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order through the courier company. We can assist in providing the order status and location details.
